Public Relations and Media’s Office functions as a basic unit of the administrative structure of the university that has the main responsibility of the institution's image management  as well as public and media relations.

This unit plans, organizes and manages all promotional activityof university, including marketing campaigns, various projects within the social responsibility, sponsorships and events inside and outside the institution.

Public Relations and Media’s Office is responsible for the preparation and publication of promotional materials of the institution, such as leaflets, brochures, catalogs, report of activities, albums, etc, scientific publications and any printed content relating to the institution.

The office is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the University's main events, which include: ceremonies, conferences, workshops and community-related activities, offering support and video services.

This office carries out its mission by providing information about the progress of educational development within and outside the country, in an effort to be consistent in promoting the unique identity of the institution. It has the task of establishing and strengthening relations with the media in all its forms. This office follows the mission, message, ideas and activities for the general public. The philosophy of public relations office is promotion of a university open to the public and society.
